Ready...Set...Go!

We arrived at Detroit Metro Airport this morning at 530a. Dave and Peyton were able to go beyond security and have breakfast with us and escort us to our gate, because my awesome cousin Collen Allen who works for US Airways saw us walking through the airport and wrote them up a pass. What a lifesaver! Traveling with Breanna's car seat is such a nightmare! We will never do that again! We met two other families that were traveling down with us. Will and Hannah from the Ann Arbor area. Nick, Jen and Baby Nick who are from the Sterling Heights area. We departed at 730a and after a 2 hour lay over in Miami, we arrived in Santa Domingo around 230p. By the time Bre and I got settled in at the Barcelo Capela it was time for dinner. We met more families down there for the same reason...Stem Cell therapy. Everyone is so optimistic! The families were from all over the US and Canada. For some, this was their 1st visit and for others, 2nd, 3rd or 4th time. The families that keep returning have seen tremendous results. Can't wait to see what happens to Bre!
